Our performance in 2024

Regarding the Company’s social contributions in 2024:

  • Frontera achieved its best Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) ever, with a 6% reduction compared to 2023.

  • 12% of total purchases from local goods and services suppliers and providers, 3% increase compared to 2023.

  • Invested $4.1 million in social projects benefiting 66,303 people near its operations.

  • Frontera was ranked among the top 20 best companies to work in Colombia by Great Place to Work in 2024.

Work, Health and Safety

  • Safety Success: We achieved a TRIR of 0.47.
  • Incident Rate: We maintained a zero incident rate in our operations.
  • Safety Excellence: Our HSEQ management gained the “Honoris Esmeralda” recognition from the Colombian Safety Council.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Human Talent Management

  • LGBT+ Friendly Certified: We received the Friendly Biz certification from the Chamber of LGBT Merchants of Colombia for being an LGBT+ friendly business.
  • Great Place to Work: We were recognized as one of the top 20 companies to work for in Colombia in 2024 (300-1,000 employees category).

Community Engagement

  • Transforming Lives: Through investing US$5,5 million in 256 social projects, we positively impacted the communities directly influenced by our operations in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
  • Women Empowerment: We implemented two transformative initiatives, one to mobilize indigenous women of the Sikuani ethnic group for the marketing of crafts and another to close gaps in the role of hydrocarbon operators in Puerto Gaitán.

Responsible Management of the Supply Chain

Empowering Local Economy: We directly purchased local goods and services for US $73 million.
