Frontera alcanzó su mejor Índice de Frecuencia de Lesiones Registrables (TRIR), con una reducción del 6% en comparación con 2023.
El 12% del total de las compras se realizó a proveedores y prestadores de bienes y servicios locales, lo que representa un incremento del 3% frente a 2023.
Se invirtieron 4,1 millones de dólares en proyectos sociales, beneficiando a 303 personas en zonas cercanas a nuestras operaciones.
Frontera fue reconocida entre las 20 mejores empresas para trabajar en Colombia por Great Place to Work en 2024.

Safety Success: We achieved a TRIR of 0.47.
Incident Rate: We maintained a zero incident rate in our operations.
Safety Excellence: Our HSEQ management gained the “Honoris Esmeralda” recognition from the Colombian Safety Council.

LGBT+ Friendly Certified: We received the Friendly Biz certification from the Chamber of LGBT Merchants of Colombia for being an LGBT+ friendly business.

Community Engagement
Transforming Lives:Through investing US$5,5 million in 256 social projects, we positively impacted the communities directly influenced by our operations in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
Women Empowerment: We implemented two transformative initiatives, one to mobilize indigenous women of the Sikuani ethnic group for the marketing of crafts and another to close gaps in the role of hydrocarbon operators in Puerto Gaitán.
