National or international companies or individuals, who wish to participate in the Frontera Energy procurement processes involving the acquisition of materials and services, must register in the SAP ARIBA Frontera Energy platform. Costs and fees do not apply for this registration.

To register in the Frontera Energy supplier list, you must perform a Supplier registration in SAP ARIBA Frontera Energy in the following link: Answer the questions on the platform and then you will receive an email with instructions to complete your registration. If your company already has an account with SAP ARIBA you can link your existing account to Frontera Energy.

During your registration process, please have in mind that the system will require the information about the person designated by your company to participate in the events related to the procurement processes of Frontera Energy, in order to properly create your user.

Once the registration is completed you will receive an email confirmation that will validate the success of your subscription.

The registration in SAP ARIBA Frontera Energy does not generate any contractual obligation between the supplier and Frontera Energy.

Frontera Energy’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) department is responsible for carrying out all the procedures related to purchasing and contracting.

UK’s Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) awarded Frontera Energy with the Purchasing Policies, Processes and Procedures Certification (PPP) in September 2012 for its efficient actions in the development of the Supply Chain Management.

The certification is widely acknowledged in the hydrocarbon sector, and Frontera Energy and Ecopetrol are the only certified companies in Latin America.

In October 2013, the Company was inspected and approved according to ISO 50001:200X ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for the processes related to injecting production water into the reservoir through the injection pads at the Quifa field.
